Agnetha Faltskog

Agnetha is most well-known for her part in ABBA rather than as a solo singer in Sweden. ABBA was one of the largest pop group that ever existed worldwide and commercially. Leaving school at 15 to pursue a career in music, she soon found herself singing in the band of Bernt Enghardt and attracted a fan following. Enghardt signed her to a record contract and she soon reached the high end of the Swedish charts by releasing her debut single. Bjornulvaeus later got married to as her boyfriend, was also in the mix and she was a part of ABBA. In the following eight years, 'ABBA' became one of the biggest music groups in the world that won numerous gold and platinum awards all across the globe. Three albums were released following ABBA"Wrap Your Arms Around Me,"Eyes of a Girl,' and I Stand Alone,' and all of them were extremely well-received in Sweden but also gained popularity in Europe, but not in the U.S. ABBA music was the inspiration for a jukebox-musical called Mamma Mia!. They came out of retirement to make 'My Color Book' that peaked at eleven for the U.K. chart. She has received a positive reaction to her most recent album "A.'
